Our original location in Downtown Mesa has always been much more than a taproom. Since we opened the doors, The Bunker has been a true embodiment of the Cider Corps mission where we’ve seen a community grow around a place to drink great cider and honor great sacrifice.
As the community has grown, The Bunker has become a foundation for even more. Beyond our ciders, the space is also home to two independent businesses: pizzeria Myke’s Pizza and coffee shop Pair Cupworks. Today, The Bunker is a diverse culinary gathering spot bringing people from all backgrounds together from morning to evening.

Myke’s Pizza is a destination for foodies and pizza lovers alike with an elevated take on traditional styles and unique topping combinations like its seasonal fruit-topped pizzas.

PAIR CUPWORKS
Find Pair Cupworks at the end of the taproom bar where they spread happiness through coffee and tea. Pair roasts its own micro-batch coffees and sources its favorite teas from around the world. Buy beans or loose leaf tea to enjoy at home, or let the skilled Pair team craft a drink for you from its full espresso bar.

WEEKLY BOMB DROP
Our Cider Bombs are limited runs of a flavor-packed fruit and cider combination. These experimental styles come in 32 oz cans are available exclusively at the Mesa Taproom. Bombs are released for online pre-order once week and once they are gone, they’re gone.

From coffee in the morning to pizza and cider in the evening, we welcome everyone to join us at The Bunker. The open, spacious layout includes community tables, bar seating, a patio and spots to mingle. This is our design. To bring veterans, downtown workers, neighbors and generations together. Perhaps to raise a glass, share a story, or create new memories and friendships.
